USDA Certified Organic Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil

Bulgarian Lavender has a rich lavender-floral scent and is high in both Linalool and Linalyl acetate – two naturally occurring constituents which are known for having a plethora of therapeutic properties. Lavender is one of the most versatile, gentle and widely used essential oils in aromatherapy. This oil is often employed for its anti-inflammatory, headache relieving, calming, sedative,immune supporting and skin healing properties. Lavender also can be used in balms, salves, perfumes, cosmetics, and topical applications. Lavender essential oil is the one that should be a part of everyone’s collection.

​Botanical name: Lavandula angustifolia which is a true Lavender unlike Spike Lavender or Lavandin which has only similar fragrance and can be mass-produced (way cheaper than lavandula angustifolia). This Lavender essential oil comes from the farm nearby an old-fashioned village called Bial Briag which is the perfect place for herbs cultivating in.

It is in the middle of a beautiful sunlit valley where the river Kamchia flows and at the foothills of the mighty Balkan mountain range, in the Northeast part of the Bulgaria field size around 70-hectare at an altitude of 240m (787 ft.)

The area has a long-lasting history of lavender and other herbs growing. Being organic, the fields are never treated with any sort of pesticides or herbicides.

(Q) Can I apply this oil directly on my skin?
(A) It is always recommend to dilute properly. Undiluted use of essential oils on the skin can be harmful and potentially cause severe irritation or sensitization. Using 2% essential oil dilution is generally considered as safe guideline for topical application of essential oils on adults
(Q) Can I ingest? (A) There has been much controversy. Lavender essential oil is listed as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by the FDA for oral consumption. However, we do not recommend ingestion of this oil. If you have to, consult with a doctor.
