I got this multi as I need a plant based multi, For one, I have a bad reaction to lab-derived multis, and because I am vegan. Also grateful, as I prefer an algae based D3 as I have a very bad reaction to lichens. This supplement fully fit the bill on the above. Added benefit of being organic! My other excitement was, after researching on their website, I was able to see that the ingredients are pretty green and healthy. I'm including a picture of the back label so you can see what the ingredients are, with a closeup of the extra ingredients. I was excited they add moringa in to my daily intake for added health benefits. First thing I noticed, is that it is very ‘green’ smelling. I could smell the strong green leafiness through the bottle. Due to this, I expected the tablets to be green, but they are more of a yellow color, which is fine… 😀 I have not had any reaction from this supplement which lets me know that it is pure plant-based as stated. I did feel a mild, sustained boost of energy and taking this. I know it says that it exceeds the daily amount for vitamin D3, at 25 mcg. I researched that 1 mcg of D3 is equivalent to 40 IUs. Thus, it calculates to be 1,000 IU D3, so since I’m also taking 4000 IU/day generally, I am going to decrease that by 1/4. Also, I love the add of 14% iron as I need extra iron with my vegetarian meal plan. Five stars.

    I have been taking this multivitamin for a while now. Since it does not contain dairy (dairy allergy), I can take it without stomach issues. Also, it seems to have the right amount of B vitamins I need to improve my mental clarity and boost energy levels without getting the jitters or stomach pain like some other supplements who have like 3k% of your daily requirements. Also, my physician pointed out that my labs were good this time especially the iron. Usually there is something off that she points out other than my lipids… but this time everything seemed pretty good. They do smell reminiscent of a prenatal vitamin; they are large and hard to swallow sometimes. Tip for quality is to keep the desiccant in the bottle because if they are exposed to moisture (like in a daily pill box) they do change color and texture.

    Quality is good. Taste is not an overpowering nasty one so it is amazing. Today was the first day of use so I will see how it goes. I ate food and drank water along with it.

    Organic isn't always the best.

    I tried these based on the fact that they are organic. However, after a bit of research I became concerned about the amount of some vitamins being way more than the recommended daily amount. Specially the vitamin A. I believe it is excessive and could be harmful to many people.

    We try to live a pretty organic lifestyle. It’s definitely hard with kids and you can’t control everything, but I like knowing I’m putting healthy, low processed vitamins in my body. I feel like I’m getting the nutrients I need.
