Our story

How we got our start Mightly is a women-owned small business based in Oakland, CA. Together, the three mothers who founded Mightly have two boys, four girls, and over 40 years of apparel industry experience. We began Mightly to make the kind of clothes we wanted–but couldn’t find–for our own kids. What makes our product unique Mightly Made, for Mightly Kids: Mightly certified organic children’s clothes is produced using GOTS certified organic cotton and non-toxic dyes. Because we use organic cotton and our products are Fair Trade Certified, Mightly supports sustainable farming and better working conditions for our people. Why we love what we do We believe that all children should be able to wear natural organic fabrics free from toxic chemicals. We believe that farmers and workers should have safe working conditions and be paid fairly. Our mission is to deliver high quality organic fair trade clothing at fair prices.
