GuruNanda Pulling Oil provides up to 12 hours of fresh breath & promotes gum hygiene. Designed to complement brushing, flossing, and rinsing, this oil pulling adds a preventive layer to your oral care routine — morning or night.
Shake well. Swish 10–15 mL for at least 2 minutes. Spit and rinse thoroughly with water, do not swallow. Always brush with the GuruNanda Butter on Gums Toothbrush and Neem toothpaste after use. For a complete Ayurvedic routine, tongue scraping is recommended.
