COMPLETE SET, NOTHING TO BUY LATER – Includes the 28.3″ x 16.5″ main mat, two 7″ x 16.5″ add-on modules, a buckwheat husk pillow for neck and shoulders, and a linen carry bag that holds all of it. The pillow can be warmed in the oven beforehand for a deeper release.
