How does the twist-step motion work?

Each step combines vertical stepping with a side-to-side twisting path to engage more of the lower body and core than basic straight stepping.

How does step height affect the workout?

A lower setting creates a shorter step range for lighter cardio, while a higher setting creates deeper steps and greater lower-body movement. Step height changes range of motion, not hydraulic resistance.

Can the resistance bands be adjusted?

Yes. Lengthen the bands to reduce tension or shorten them to increase tension for upper-body exercises.

Does the stepper have adjustable hydraulic resistance?

No. The dual hydraulic cylinders provide a fixed, controlled stepping feel. The adjustment knob changes step height and range of motion rather than hydraulic resistance.
